A 1943 dated canteen with a 1940s OD-3 dismounted M-1910 cover
Made by S.M. Co., the canteen is a horizontal seam stainless steel type with the last pattern black plastic cap and carbon steel chain. It is in overall very good condition with some rusting to the chain and some wear to the body and cap as seen.
The cover has some damage and rust stains as seen. All fittings and fixtures are present and working.
