NOS 1970s Vintage Flight Apparel Ind. Blue Flight Suit

Circa. 1970s, this is a rare, civilian flight suit based on the US-issue K-2B. The manufacturer, 'Flight Apparel Ind.' was based out of Hammonton Airport, New Jersey until 1983 when the owner of the company passed away in a plane accident. Flight Apparel Ind. was a small company and all of its products were produced in limited quantities. This flight suit is one of very few remaining garments made by the company and it is in mint, new old stock condition.

Lovely construction and materials with plenty of Scovill zips leading into a number of pockets. The cuffs are adjustable with snap fasteners.
