Shortened sleeves. Appears to be Southeast Asian workmanship. The originally applied Vietnamese-made insignia include a US Air Force branch tape, name tape, and First Sergeant rank chevrons w/ diamond.
New, old stock with signs of storage wear - All buttons, fittings, and fixtures are present and working. The contract label is present and legible. Despite the staining from storage as seen, this jacket is unworn, in mint condition.
