Refund policy
We'll always aim to work with you to come to a mutual conclusion if the product(s) you receive are less than satisfactory. In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange, a partial refund, or a full refund without a return. Please get in touch with us via email with any queries about returns and refunds.
Returns
If you would like to return your order for a reason that is not due to our error (size is not as expected, ordered by mistake, etc.), the return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping option so that your return arrives safely. We are not responsible for any goods which may be lost or damaged in transit to our location.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused/unworn, free from odour and in the same condition you received them. Any clothing tags and/or labels that were present must still be attached. If the item(s) came with any original packaging, it must be unopened and all contents must be returned with the item(s). All returned items must be in saleable condition as received.
Returns will only be accepted if we are notified of the return within 14 days from the date that you received the order. Returns must be delivered to us within another 14 days of the receipt of your notification.
If any returned item is not in the condition that it was received by the customer, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may grant a part refund, or we will return the products(s) to you at your cost without a refund at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@omegamilitaria.com and quote your order number so we can provide a return address and additional information.
If in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product or there is a notable problem with your order that is due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to print at home and drop off at your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail Delivery Office. You must get proof of postage in the form of an official stamp on the proof of postage document that we provide, or a printed proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. Once we receive the return, we will make sure to correct your order to the best of our ability or we will process a full refund.
Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, exchanges may be offered in some instances. We can exchange goods which are:
- Of equal value
- Of lesser value with a partial refund that is equal to the difference in the cost of the goods
- Of higher value so long as the additional cost is paid for by the customer
All postage costs are to be paid for by the customer. Please get in touch with us for more information and how to begin the exchange process - we're always happy to work with you. Exchanged goods cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within five working days (usually within 24-48 hours), and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank card or other original payment method.
In most cases, refunds only include the total cost of goods and exclude postage costs which are unrecoverable. If there are any other unrecoverable costs, these will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, if customs charges and import duty have to be paid in order for us to receive the return, these charges will also be deducted from the refund as they are also unrecoverable. These charges may be circumvented by declaring the goods as a return - Customs enforcement will usually acknowledge this and will not add customs charges.
If your refund does not show in your account immediately, it may take 1-2 days to process depending on your payment method. Please contact your credit card provider or bank for more information.
