Genuine US Army issue

Introduced in 1968, the two-piece OG-106 Hot Weather Flyer's Uniform was designed to improve upon the wearability and comfort of the coveralls that were issued prior. Primarily used by helicopter pilots and crewmen until the end of the war and beyond.

These trousers were designed for the hot Vietnamese climate and are made from a soft, lightweight Nomex material - an ideal summer trouser.

Dated 1971

Good condition with some signs of real wear - All buttons, zips, velcro, fittings and fixtures are present and working. The contract label is present and partly legible (loose). There is some obvious discolouration. There is a hole on the back left pocket as shown. Some other light damage as seen.
