Shipping policy

All orders are usually dispatched within two working days (usually within 24 hours) from the date of purchase.

UK customers:
Please be aware - Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping insures for loss or damages up to £150 ONLY

All orders over £150 GBP must include Special Delivery 1PM shipping (insured up to £500-1000). For orders of higher value or if you have any special requirements, please contact us for additional shipping & insurance options. Orders that have not been applied with the correct shipping method at checkout will only be insured up to the values stated above - in the unlikely event of loss or damages, we may only provide compensation for the insured amount. 

We will make every effort to guarantee the safe and secure arrival of your order. However, in the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we can only provide a refund up to the amount covered by the insurance included with your chosen shipping option.

We deliver worldwide! Delivery costs are calculated by weight and location at checkout. We offer Royal Mail International Tracked and Parcelforce delivery options as standard, but if you have any special requirements or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. For delivery aims, please review the chart below. 

PLEASE NOTE:
Royal Mail International Tracked includes compensation cover up to a maximum of £50. If your order exceeds £50 in value and is lost or damaged in transit, the maximum compensation available under this service is £50. Customers placing orders above this value do so with the understanding that any loss or damage claim will be capped at £50 unless the DHL Express shipping options is selected at checkout.

Orders over £50 GBP must include the DHL Express shipping option. DHL offers additional compensation for loss and damages for orders over £50.

In some instances, we will contact you if you have not selected this option at checkout to arrange additional payment.

The price for this option is calculated at checkout, based on the destination country and the weight of the order. You may contact us before placing your order for an exact quote. We will always refund any overpaid shipping charges; if you believe you have paid more than you should have, please get in contact with us.

Customs Duty/Import fees are not calculated at the checkout and your local authority may add them to your shipment when it arrives at the destination country. All shipments will be declared with the actual cost of goods. We recommend that you calculate import fees before placing an order so that there are no unexpected charges upon or prior to delivery. 

If a customer refuses delivery or returns an order for any reason not due to our error, a refund will be issued only for the value of the returned items once we have received them. In these instances, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund as they are non-recoverable.
