Genuine US Army issue
Dated 1950
The predecessor of all modern field jackets, the M-1943 began its legacy toward the end of WW2 and subsequently saw use throughout the Korean War. Fully lined, features include four large pockets, a button front closure, and plenty of adjustment options. A timeless design for casual autumn and winter wear.
This example displays an originally applied Rangers patch, hand-sewn to the left shoulder. A rare piece of history.
In very good condition with signs of real wear and a superb fade pattern - All buttons, fittings, and fixtures are present. There is some sporadic discolouration and staining as seen. The information stamping under the collar is present and mostly legible.
