Made from a treated 100% cotton canvas. Made by Holden Mfg. Ltd. in Ottawa, Canada. 

New, old stock in near-mint condition - All buttons, fittings and fixtures are present. The stamps are present and legible. There is a small patch repair left of the left waist closure as seen.
