Original US Military issue
Dated 1952
Made with a lightweight wind-resistant 80% Cotton, 20% Nylon oxford fabric. These trousers are designed to accommodate a button-in liner for extreme cold weather. Without the liner, they are an ideal lightweight summer trouser. They have a very wide leg and a tall rise which creates a baggy fit. Made to be worn over combat trousers, they have no pockets, rather just snap-closure pocket flaps that lead into trousers worn underneath. These trousers also feature a drawstring waist which will close down to your waist size.
In overall very good condition with very minor signs of wear - The buttons for the liner have been removed, but all buttons, fittings, and fixtures are present. The contract label is present and legible. There is a small repair to the right of the fly as shown. There is some light sporadic discolouration as seen. There is a small repair on the inside hem of the left leg as seen.
