A genuine, unissued spare replacement NBC cap for the 1 qt. and 2 qt. plastic canteen
Issued alongside the M17A1 gas mask, these were used occasionally in Vietnam and prolifically beyond.
Please note that the plastic attachment that connects the flap to the cap has broken on some, but this does not particularly affect function or form. The flap still secures well to the cap.
