This jungle jacket was found as part of a large grouping of items belonging to Sergeant Kohlhorst, a 9th Infantry Division veteran who served time in Thailand with the Queen's Cobras.

It is assumed that this jacket was put together post-war, perhaps as a commemorative jacket for reunions and the like. It includes his original dog tags.

It displays original US and South East Asian-made insignia including:
US-made subdued on twill 9th Infantry SSI
Thai-made "Queen's Cobras" pocket patch
Thai-made Combat Infantryman Badge
Thai-made name tape
US-made nylon US Army branch tape
US-made subdued on twill Sergeant rank chevrons

100% cotton non-ripstop poplin

A 3rd pattern Tropical Combat Coat with a back yoke and straight cuffs.
