100% Lightweight selvedge cotton
A striking tigerstripe pattern known as 'Late War Lightweight Dense (LLD)' with the Johnson nomenclature, otherwise known simply as 'Late War pattern' by some collectors. Introduced in 1969, this pattern was worn by US and ARVN forces until the end of the Vietnam War.
Excellent condition with minor signs of real wear - All buttons are present. Lightly faded with vibrant colours. There is a small hole to the left of the main closure and some light fraying on the back of the right shoulder as shown. There is some light staining on the lower back as seen.
