A striking tigerstripe pattern known as 'Tadpole Dense' (TDD) with the Johnson nomenclature, otherwise known as 'TO78' or Taiwan pattern by some collectors. Introduced in 1970, this pattern was worn by US and ARVN forces until the end of the Vietnam War.

Made from a midweight 100% cotton twill. It has bold black shapes with a dark, subdued colourway.

Excellent condition with light signs of wear - All buttons, fittings and fixtures are present and working. The contract stamp under the collar is present and legible.
