An original, totally custom-made 'Graf' Jacket made in Germany circa. 1970s for a member of the 2/68 Armor Regiment, US Army. These jackets earned their nickname from the gunnery training site at Grafenwohr where they were often utilised instead of issued field jackets.
These jackets were a popular choice for US Army servicemen stationed in Germany for the wet/cold seasons. As is common with these jackets, this example is made with a repurposed 50s/60s rubberised poncho shell and the lining is made with a USGI wool blanket. Other examples that we've seen have had a lining made with a poncho liner.
Excellent condition with minor wear as seen - All zips, fittings and fixtures are present.
