Genuine British Army issue
Circa 1960s
A British military vintage staple, these smocks scream English design. Made with a tight-weave wind-resistant sateen fabric, fully lined with four large pockets, a stand-out bottle-green Swift brand zip, and an all too iconic stitched collar. From an era of supreme British manufacturing, these smocks are incredibly well-made and are really rather wonderful to handle. An ideal companion for chillier months.
Excellent condition with light signs of real wear - All buttons, zips, fittings and fixtures are present and working. The contract label is present and legible. There is some light sporadic staining and discolouration as seen. There is a small patch repair on the front closure. The hood has some small holes as seen. There are some small spots of light wear as shown.
