Genuine Republic of Korea Air Force issue
Circa. 1960s/1970s
A rare example of a Korean-made MA-1 clone. Based on an early variant of the USAF MA-1 flight jacket, the only obvious differentiating features are the epaulettes and the zip-in synthetic fur liner. Made to very similar specifications, this jacket would have been worn by a ROK pilot or other flight personnel. Those who are familiar with US-issue MA-1s will notice that the materials, fittings and fixtures on this jacket are practically identical to the US counterpart and overall it matches the high quality standards that are to be expected.
Excellent condition with minor wear - All zips, snaps, fittings, and fixtures are present and working. The contract label is present and mostly legible. The knitted cuffs are in excellent condition with no damage. The zip runs smoothly. There is some light sporadic discolouration as seen.
