100% cotton wind-resistant sateen

Dated 1964

A beautiful example displaying originally applied patches and reflective tape. Attributed to Technical Sergeant Nelson, a 'master' truck driver with 306th Bombardment Wing. The rank chevrons are US-made, but all other insignia are Vietnamese-made.
