Genuine US Military issue
Dated 1968
A wonderfully patched K2-B flight suit, worn by CW2 Cormack with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. It displays originally applied insignia, including a US-made merrowed-edge 101st SSI on the right sleeve (indicating prior wartime service), Vietnamese-made name and branch tapes, US-made Warrant Officer collar insignia, and Army Aviation wings. Cormack was very likely a helicopter pilot, considering his rank and Aviation Badge. The suit was also worn post-war, and there is shadowing from a removed 7th Army patch on the left shoulder.
Made with a lightweight 100% cotton twill fabric
Excellent condition with very light signs of wear - All zips, buttons, fittings and fixtures are present and working. The contract label is present and legible. There are two tiny holes on the right ankle, as shown.
