Tailor-made flight suit
Made with USGI 100% cotton ripstop poplin fabric. Features a Talon '42' zip front closure and numerous zipped pockets - all with Talon '42' zips.
It's difficult to determine the date and purpose of this suit due to the lack of nomenclature and the unique nature of this piece. However, due to the genuine US Military OG-107 fabric and Talon zips, we estimate that this suit dates to the late/post-Vietnam period and may have been designed for some military application - perhaps a private purchase option for helicopter pilots/crewmen or ground crew. A beautiful suit nonetheless and certainly an unusual piece with great styling opportunity.
