Genuine British military issue
A lovely early contract made from a soft lightweight 100% cotton twill fabric. Early models are notably identifiable by the regular sew-on buttons and a nice silk label. The later 'Soldier 95' shirts are made from a lighter-weight cotton blend fabric and have fabric loop buttons - Generally cheaper quality with less wearability compared to these scarcer early contracts.
An underrated, affordable seasonal layering piece displaying a simple easy-on-the-eye camo print. Features include a button and 'YKK' brand zip front closure, two slanted chest pockets, and adjustable cuffs.
Circa. 1990s, these early contract shirts were worn during Gulf War 1 (GW1 - Desert Shield/Desert Storm) by British troops.
Excellent condition with minor wear - The label is present and legible. All buttons, fittings, and fixtures are present and legible.
