Genuine US Military issue
Dated 1962
Manufactured under US Navy contract N32-8430. These were likely issued on ships for sailors who worked near guns and possibly Marines who worked with artillery - Or any other jobs with noise hazards - Aircraft carrier flightlines, etc. (on a side note, they smell really good!)
