Original Vietnam War era patch made in the Philippines circa. 1960s
The Philippines was a popular R&R destination for US Military personnel serving in Vietnam. A huge variety of patches were made in the Philippines during the war and were worn in-country when they returned to theatre.
In 1965, VFA-11 moved to Naval Air Station Oceana flying the F-4B PHANTOM II and saw action against North Vietnam in 1967 aboard USS FORRESTAL (CV-59).
This patch is full colour, fully embroidered with a cut edge.
Like all our other products, our insignia is intricately researched, verified by reputable sources and guaranteed to be 100% original (unless stated otherwise) and comes with a no questions asked money-back guarantee.
