The 48th Platoon 'Hell on Paws' was with the 196th LIB under the 23rd Americal Division. Stationed in Pleiku, An Khe, LZ Hawk Hill, LZ Baldy & Chu Lai from 11 January 1967 through to 30 March 1972.
Uniform-removed - This patch has been used and shows some signs of wear and stitch marks.
This patch is hand-embroidered, subdued on twill with a cut (raw) edge and cheesecloth like backing
