Original WW2 theatre-made patch Circa. 1940s - No-glow
A beautiful theatre-made 8th USAAF patch. Machine embroidered on wool felt with a cheesecloth like backing.
Uniform-removed - This patch has been used and shows some signs of wear and stitch marks. Some very minor glue residue on the back from where the patch was taped to the uniform in preparation for stitching.
