Genuine US Military issue
The matching set of ammunition pouches appears to have been issued together (identified by the "M" mark on the bottom of either pouch). both dated 1974 - The first year the LC-1 / ALICE system was made.
The compass / first aid pouch is dated 1975.
Issued from the immediate post-Vietnam War period, until the 90s alongside LC-1 components.
