Genuine US Military issue
DPSC contract, dated 1984 - A third pattern M65 jacket with straight cuffs, brass zip, and epaulettes.
50/50 nylon/cotton blend wind-resistant sateen shell. Fully lined with a 100% cotton wind-resistant ripstop poplin fabric.
The ultimate field jacket. The M65 was designed and began production in 1965 and continued use until the late 2010s. It features a zip & snap front closure, four large pockets, adjustable cuffs and waist, an internal hood, and buttons to fit a removable liner.
Excellent condition with very light wear - All buttons, fittings and fixtures are present. The contract label is present and legible. Strong colour. There is some sporadic staining on the right arm and back as shown.
